The Importance of Representation

When students see professionals who look like them succeeding in tech roles, it breaks down psychological barriers and expands their vision of what&aposs possible.

Through ColorStack, I&aposve witnessed firsthand how community support and targeted opportunities can transform a student&aposs trajectory. Many members have gone from questioning whether they belong in tech to landing internships at companies like Google, Microsoft, and Meta.

This work is deeply personal to me because I know the difference that representation and community can make. Every event we organize, every connection we facilitate, contributes to building a more inclusive tech ecosystem where talent from all backgrounds can thrive.
